At least twice a week, maybe 3 times I could...
- 11:30 have a snack,
- 12:30 leave for my lunch hour
- 12:40 get there
- 12:45 start cardio
- 1:15 finish up
- 1:20 quick shower and back to work clothes
- 1:30/1:35 be back at work
- 2:00/2:30 have another snack
I think this is all do-able!!!! I'm totally psyched that it is totally reasonable to lose 30+ pounds in 26 weeks!
Eat Less and Move More!!
